Drawing generation is an important phase in a panel manufacturer’s project cycle. GA, SLD, Circuit/Scheme and BOM are the critical documents which needs to be generated quick and accurate so that it can be exchanged as correct information with the production team. With its one of its kind features, the GA generation module helps in optimizing the quantity of feeders given by the user and decides the number of verticals required to position these feeders. Irrespective of the number of feeder quantity the no. of panels are accurately estimated and the GA drawing is generated with all its details very quickly.
Option to very easily edit the combination generated by the module is also available to the user.
Once the GA drawing is generated, based on the feeder sequence, the SLD drawing is generated with a 1:1 relationship with the GA. This is a huge advantage and can avoid a lot of confusions between the GA and the SLD sequence.
Once the SLD drawing is generated, based on the specifications given during the SLD creation BOM is generated. This will include all the power components defined in the SLD. Options to add items manually to the feeder is also provided to make sure that the control components and certain other items which cannot be represented in the SLD are also included in the BOM.
BUSBAR Length calculation
A logic table drives the BUSBAR length calculation based on the SLD ratings and the overall panel size. The horizontal length and the vertical length of the BUSBAR is automatically calculated based on this.
